Kn-129: Kazuhiko

Kazuhiko is what you could very well call an eccentric man, expressing himself and his rather strange personality in both his choice of clothing and in the way he holds himself. His passion is his Nightclub that goes by the name of Maelstrom, every chance he gets he puts towards making it bigger and better. Its near a perfect expression of Hiko's personality, a mix between a lower floor designed for the fun-loving to party hard on the dancefloor and drink the night away while the upper floor is designed as a lounge, more refined and laid back where casual chatter can be had.

But as much as Maelstrom is his passion, it is also his base of operations for a much more sinister job. Hiko is the head of a very dangerous organisation that works in supplying stolen organs to the highest bidder or those willing to pay a pretty sum for a specific thing. He certainly isn't free of blood on his hands, sometimes feeling that if he wants a job done right then he has to do it himself; he has customers with high expectations, after all, and he can't stand to let them down in his deliveries. While his well-known persona is that of a friendly man, happy to please his patrons, if somebody was to rub him the wrong way they very quickly come to sorely regret every decision they ever made.

To his cronies involved in his black market dealings, they know not to mess with the man who has literal lightning at his fingertips, if his finely crafted gloves ever come off they know they're in deep shit. Hiko isn't known to play nice, and definitely holds a grudge to the grave... that grave usually being the one of whoever crossed him. People learn very quickly that Kazuhiko is not somebody to be messed with.
