Very Rare Scroll of Feather Offerings

Grants both of the following buff and debuff to a character:

Very Rare Offerings:
Grants the following additional table roll on Rare Feather Offering quests:

Very Rare Fae Repellant:
The character with this debuff cannot use the 'Very Rare Feather Fae' in quests.

Item Useage:

The Very Rare Scroll of Feather Offerings can be obtained from Very Rare Feather Offerings.

When you obtain a "Very Rare Scroll of Feather Offerings" there are some steps you must take to apply the buff to a character:

Go to your Claims tab and click on 'New Claim'
Then, click on the character who you want the buff attached on to from your characters. You will then copy the URL to input on the claim's URL section.
You must then click on 'Add-Ons' and attach the Very Rare Scroll of Feather Offerings
Submit the claim. If all is well, your claim will be accepted within 1-5 days of submission!

Only after the buff has been attached and the submission has been approved will you be able to use your new buff on your character.

This item has two uses:

When used in a Kiamara breeding:
Grants the following to all Kits in a breeding:

+10 chance for the Textured Fur trait to pass, if either parent has it.

+10 chance for the Uni-Horn trait to pass, if either parent has it.

+10 chance for the Coloured Sclera trait to pass, if either parent has it.

-7 chance for all Rare trait to pass.

+5 chance for Very Long Fur trait to pass to offspring if neither parent has the trait.

+3 chance for Very Long Fur trait to pass to offspring if either parent has the trait.

When used in a Dromedairy breeding:
Grants the following to all Calves in a breeding:

+10 chance for the Single-Parent-Breeding colouration for the parents subtype to pass to offspring, regardless of if a parent has it or if it is not a single-parent breeding.

+10 chance to a recessive gene becoming dominant, even if only one parent has the gene.

+10 chance for the Fairytale Gene to pass, even if neither parent has it.

-7 chance for all Rare colourations and traits to pass

+7 chance for the Very Rare Overgrowth Subtype to pass to offspring if neither parent has the subtype.

+5 chance for the Very Rare Overgrowth Subtype to pass to offspring if either parent has the subtype.

- Obtainable from using the Hunter Fairytale Armour Set in an Enhanced Quest that you have set in the Cerulean Forest

All kits in the breeding will obtain the Regular Horn trait, in the shape of Ivy Leaves.

Cannot be used on NMYO slots.

For Dromedairies:
Grants vine markings on all offspring in a breeding.

All calves in the breeding will obtain the Shorter Horns trait.

Cannot be used on NMYO slots.

Grants the following to up to 2 Kits in a breeding:

The Coloured Sclera trait. Sclera colour must either be yellow, orange, or red.

The Slightly Larger Ears trait.

The Fluffier Ears trait. Ears must be tufted in appearance, not fluffy.

When used in a Dromedairy breeding:
Grants the following to up to 2 Calves in a breeding:

Guarantees the Gourd Gene to be passed to up to 2 offspring.

10% chance the subtype of the offspring will be Highland if neither parent is the Highland subtype.

+7% chance the subtype of the offspring will be Highland if one parent is the Highland subtype.

How to add to your character:

Outfits no longer need to be applied to your characters reference, however for the buff to apply you must attach the buff to your character and draw your character in the outfit or write about them wearing it should you wish for the buff to apply.
