A decoder chip that helps Biotechnitians construct a Gene Modifier. This is a redesigned version of an Inturos DNA Decoder, which the original helped create the various trait stones still found in Solaria including the elusive 'Mythic' stones most 'Mara are after. On top of that, this also helps create some distinctive colourations for Dromedairies.
