Grants a Kiamara or Dromedairy to have their blessing or curse re-rolled into a new one. 
Will not grant a chance to roll a blessing if they have a curse, or a curse if they have a blessing.

"Not much is known about this... tablet. It is a symbol that is often repeated within Inturosian literature. Experts in the Manahunters Guild believe that the civilization had a language based on combinations of letters and how they sounded rather than the actual letters.
