This item has two uses:
When used in a breeding:
Grants the following to all Kits/Calves in a breeding:
+7 to all Uncommon traits being passed to offspring
+4 to all Rare traits being passed to offspring
+2 to all Very Rare traits being passed to offspring
Would need to be crafted each time you wish to use the item.
Item does not stack.
Grants the following to all Kits/Calves in a breeding:

When added as the permanent buff 'Nebulot Lover' to your character:
Grants the following to all Kits/Calves in a breeding:
+3 to all Uncommon Traits being passed to offspring
+2 to all Rare traits being passed to offspring
+1 to all Very Rare traits being passed to offspring
Would not be able to use the Pandrean Style Nebulot Soup on a breeding if either parent has this buff.
