"These stones are more common than their larger counterparts. Small geodes found on the coasts around Stonehill, Talinokk, and Verulia have a high chance to be infused with the power of  Frost due to the frigid water that they are found in. Though due to their need to be kept in very cold environments, very few ever stay charged for long and often have their energy deplete over time until they turn to a blank crystal."
